DEATH ON THE MEKONG

'Death On The Mekong was a lockdown project. My partner and I took a trip on a colonial riverboat in Cambodia, just as Covid started to kick in. Only four couples turned up and there were sixty cabins. We imagined what might happen if the boat was full and quarantined with the virus. I started the book while still in South East Asia and when we got back to England as a lockdown project. Then, while I was researching details about the boat I discovered what I was writing about had happened two weeks after our trip, after I'd started writing.
